Servicing your suspension is an important part of maintaining its performance and protecting your investment. Oil and wear items in your suspension need replacing, just like your car engine needs an oil change. This way your suspension will continue to perform as designed.Â
If you start to hear a clunking noise over bumps, especially in parking lots, this may be a worn top mount spherical bearing. Fortunately Ohlins top mounts feature replaceable spherical bearings where you do not have to replace the entire mount.Â
Pricing (Pricing includes a new spherical bearing and labor for ONE top mount)
- $120.00Â for top mounts requiring (05536-52) 14mm spherical bearings
- $140.00Â for top mounts requiring (05536-51) 16mm spherical bearings
- $160.00Â for top mounts requiring (05536-50) 18mm spherical bearings
Please note that on occasion, spherical bearings that are heavily worn or have been bottomed out extremely hard may have damaged the bearing housing. In this case the complete camber plate must be replaced. If we determine a new camber plate is required, you will not be charged for the parts and labor.
