SECTION 1 - RETURNS
Prior to returning your merchandise, please contact us at info@3DMmotorsport.com for all return questions and authorizations.
No returns allowed after thirty (30) days from original ship date from 3DM Motorsport. Returns will not be accepted from customers without prior return authorization provided by 3DM Motorsport. Authorized & accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Only unused, intact, undamaged, and complete merchandise with all components and hardware as originally provided to customers, will be authorized for return (subject to inspection and acceptance). All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories (if applicable).
3DM Motorsport is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us, or the installation cost associated with any of our products. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
SECTION 2 - REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@3DMmotorsport.com to discuss your options.
SECTION 4 - RETURN SHIPPING
Before returning your product, you should contact 3DM Motorsport for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
When returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot refund items if we do not receive them or if they are damaged during shipping.
